ABOUT US

AD GENTES MISSIONARY CONGREGATION

Ad Gentes Missionary Congregation & Society was founded in 2003 by Rev. Father Vitalis Anyanike, Priest of Omaha, Catholic Archdiocese Nebraska, USA.. Ad Gentes is a Catholic Missionary Congregation and Society embracing a life of prayer, community living, and service through ministries in education, health care, community development, inter-religious and cultural dialogue among Catholics and other people of faith to create communities of mutual respect and tolerance.

AD GENTES MISSIONARIES

Ad Gentes Missionaries is an ecclesial team that consists of Sisters and Brothers under vows and friends, supporters and volunteers who share and support the vision and  the pastoral ministries of the community.

AD GENTES MISSIONARY SISTERS

Ad Gentes Missionary Sisters is a religious community of avowed women committed to participating in the liturgical life of the ecclesial community as agents of evangelization especially in rural and inner city communities. Sisters profess evangelical vows of chastity, poverty, and obedience.

AD GENTES MISSIONARY BROTHERS

Ad Gentes Brothers is a new religious community of avowed men. We share a communal life in the model of the early church where the body of Believer was united in heart and soul (ACT 4:32). We are inspired by the words of Christ that continued to echo "Go, therefore , make disciples of all nations" (Mt. 28:19). We are focused on serving the pastoral needs of inner city youths, and others with limited resources, such as new immigrants, migrants workers, delinquent youths and teen drug users.

AD GENTES FRIENDS, SUPPORTERS AND VOLUNTEERS

Friends, Supporters and Volunteers share in all our spiritual and fundraising activities. Over the years they have assisted us in building a formation house for the Sisters, school for underprivileged youths and a center for skills acquisitions for teen mothers and school dropouts.
The Volunteer corps are lay members who undertake a three month mission commitment to work on a mission project in a particular country.
